Terms and Conditions

Account and security:

Following successful completion of the Service's registration process, you will be given a password and account designation. You are entirely responsible for all activities that take place under your password or account, as well as for maintaining the secrecy of the password and account. As part of your agreement, you promise to (a) notify The Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other security breach and (b) ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this clause.

Scope of use:

We provide an automated service for PR agencies and companies to upload documents to the website and submit them as press releases for distribution to the websites that are integrated with us (the "Service"). You acknowledge that using the Service does not grant you permission to use the website for any other purposes, including, without limitation, interfering with or otherwise disrupting the operation of the website or servers connected to the website, pretending to be someone you are not, or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with someone else, uploading, posting, or otherwise transmitting content that violates the proprietary rights of others or is otherwise illegal or offensive.

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
Harm minors in any way.
Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, The Company official, employee, executive, agent, representative, or partner, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Service.
Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements).
Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party.
Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except promotion of a business is acceptable in those areas that are specifically designated for promotion of a business such as a company profile for a business paying The Company to have that company profile.
Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the Service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real-time exchanges.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Service.
Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange, or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law.
"Stalk" or otherwise harass another.
Collect or store personal data about other users.

Intellectual property rights and use of information:

Nothing on this website or in these TOU should be interpreted as granting you any license or right to use any logo, trademark, or service mark displayed on this website without our prior written permission. Unless otherwise noted, all logos, trademarks, and service marks displayed by us on this website are the property of us, our affiliates, or the relevant third party.

The sole and only remedy available to you if you are unhappy with any aspect of our website or any of these terms and conditions is to stop using it. Responsibility is restricted to the fullest degree permitted by law if any part of this limitation of liability is judged to be unenforceable.

Indemnity:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and The Company concerning the subject matter hereof and may only be changed by a written amendment signed by an authorized agent of The Company, or by the posting by The Company of a revised version. The Company may assign its rights under the agreement to any party that agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or Location.

Marketing and Promotion

By purchasing our services, you grant The Company the right to use your company name and logo for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, listing your company as a client on our website, social media platforms, and in other marketing materials. If you wish to opt-out of this clause, please contact us in writing.

Cancellation and Refunds

Any paid press release that we determine to be in violation of our terms and conditions will not be approved until the necessary revisions have been made. If we are still unable to obtain approval, we will grant you the PR distribution credit, which you can use at a later time to publish a fresh press release. We would not be able to issue a refund if your press release was approved but then you delete or choose not to publish. It is only your obligation to include the accurate details in a press release. Refund requests for a user-deleted press release will not be honored. If a promotion is rejected by a website, we will email you to explain why, and you can apply the money to any other promotion we are running at the time. Once you have paid, there will be "No Refund" for PR Distribution; however, you can always utilize your credits later on whenever you wish to submit your press release. Note: Distributions are subject to the specific site policies and are not guaranteed.
